Mr. H. R. Umesh Aradhya
Mr Umesh Aradhya is the Founder Member of Asha Kiran, a school for mentally challenged children and has served as the Principal and Secretary of the school for ten years. Winner of the "Rashtrapathi Puraskar" conferred on him by the Governor of Karnataka, Mr Aradhya is the Chairperson for Karnataka State Commission for Protection of Child Rights since 2012. He has actively participated in Child Right issues and served the needy children through Rotary Clubs and other prominent NGOs. Mr Aradhya holds a Master's degree in Counselling and Psychology.
Ms. Freny Z. Tarapore
An academician by vocation, Ms Freny Tarapore is the Founder Principal of SNDT College of Home Science, Pune. She started her teaching career as a Lecturer at the MS University of Baroda. She was also the first Honorary Director- SNDT Women's University, Adult and Continuing Education Department and Extension Work. Winner of various awards and scholarships including Ford Foundation fellowship for higher studies in the USA, Ms. Tarapore has outstanding and meritorious career in the field of education and social sciences. Ms. Tarapore is the Founder and a Managing Committee member of the Vidya Jyoti School special school for slow learners. She is actively involved with a number of NGOs dealing in education and service. Currently she is the Director and President of Tara Mobile Creches in Pune. Ms. Tarapore is B.Sc. Home Science, M.S. University of Baroda and has specialized in Human Development and Early Childhood Education and MS from Iowa State University, Ames, USA.
Dr. Shirish Malde
Apartfrom participating in various Sexual & Reproductive Health (SRH)programmes and projects of Mumbai Branch, Dr Malde has launched free and anonymous telephonic Helpline for SRH issues in Mumbai branch and formed a forum of Telephonic Helpline Associations in Mumbai. He has also worked as Medical ConsultantforNIRMAN HIV-AIDS Project, Nirmala Niketan.
A FounderSecretary of the Association of Sex Educators, Counsellors and Therapists (ASECT) DrMalde isa Diplomateatthe American Board of Sexology. Dr Malde is an M.D (Homeopathy) from Maharashtra University of Health Sciences and is pursuing Ph.D from Mumbai University.
He has presented many scientific papers at National and International Conferencesin Reproductive and Sexual Health.
Prof. (Mrs.) Poornima George
Ms Poornima George has been associated with FPA India since 1991. In 2009, she was nominated to the Central Executive Committee, Mumbai. During the general election for 2011 - 2014, was elected as the Vice-President for the Central Executive Committee.
In 2003, the then Indian Defense Minister, George Fernandes conferred on her the "India Leaders for Tomorrow" award which was sponsored by the Ratan Tata Institute, Mumbai, and Institute of Social Sciences, New Delhi. Ms Poornima George has also served as the President of the 5th National Women's Science Congress in 2012.
Ms George is an M.A and M.Phil in English Literature. Presently she is pursuing her Ph.D.

An academician by profession, Dr Natarajan has over three decades of teaching experience. Currently, he is serving as an Associate Professor & Head, Department of English, GTN Arts College, Dindigul. Dr Natarajan has also served as an Associate NCC Officer, Dindigul, and has motivated several youths to become officers in the defence and in other uniformed services. DrNatarajan isan M.A., M.Phil, Ph.D, B.Ed. M.B.A. As an academician he is keen on research. He has done research in "Women Empowerment". Presently Guiding Research Scholars. Presented research papers atthe national and international Conferences/Seminars.

Ms Shabana Patel is having significant experience in the area of generating HIV/AIDS awareness over a decade. She is an able organizer with ability momentum and awareness towards a common cause and equipped with strong communication skills. Ms. Patel is instrumental in carrying people along in all aspects from thought to execution.
As a President of Network of Maharashtra by People Living with HIV (NMP+), her main responsibilities include liaising with organizations such as MSACS, MDACS, AVERT Society, FHI and others.
She has worked as a Project Director of "Positive Speakers' Academy", a program supported by UNICEF and as a Project Coordinator on a UNIFEM supported project titled "Empowering Women Living with HIV/AIDS through visioning, capacity building and advocacy".
Currently she is volunteering with Network of Maharashtra by People Living with HIV (NMP+) as General Secretary and working with Monitoring and Research System (MARS). She was the President of Network of Maharashtra by People Living with HIV and presented papers on experiences of living with HIV and other social issues related to HIV at various National and International AIDS Conferences.
