FPA India reaches out to people who are poor, marginalised and vulnerable, for whom access to healthcare, especially sexual and reproductive healthcare, is a remote possibility. It has taken initiatives to empower people, including vulnerable groups, to transform gender norms and power dynamics to promote gender equality, reduce gender-based violence, and improve economic status of women and other vulnerable groups, including young people. Our diverse and committed staff and volunteers, and their effective teamwork, are the keys to our success.

Whom we seek

FPA India employs leading professionals in areas including programme development, sexual and reproductive health, finance, M&E, resource mobilisation, communications and human resources. You will find yourself surrounded by colleagues — all of whom are united by their dedication to the mission and values of FPA India.

We recognise and appreciate the value of a diverse workforce. As a team with varied talents, backgrounds, personal histories and worldviews, we can more effectively meet the mission of our organisation and the people and communities we serve. As such, FPA India encourages diversity at all levels and across all facets of our organisation.

With this commitment to diversity, we are proud to be an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate on the basis of gender, race, colour, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, HIV/AIDS status, disability and other differentiations.
